Burns in July – Melbourne St Andrew’s Society

Celebrate the spirit of Scotland this winter at Burns in July, hosted by the Melbourne St Andrew’s Society on Friday 31 July 2026.

This special evening honours Scotland’s national bard, Robert Burns, with an authentic celebration of Scottish tradition including the Address to the Haggis, fine food, whisky and lively music. Providing the musical entertainment for the evening will be Graeme McColgan – The Scotsman, performing a rich selection of Scottish folk songs and favourites that capture the warmth, humour and storytelling of Scotland’s musical heritage.

Expect a welcoming atmosphere filled with song, tradition and good company as guests gather to share in one of Scotland’s most cherished celebrations — brought to life in the middle of an Australian winter.
